  • the alignment of the handicapped parking vs show spaces.  the parking spaces don't work because the customers would  not be able to back out.
  • fence on the property line, painted black
  • site plan not properly scaled
  • committee does not feel that they can vote on the materials submitted
  • signage: would remove the city state, zip, phone number (sign company-ImageMart)
  • BZA might ask applicant to consolidate land, if the land is consolidated they can revise their parking plan and show better alignment.  Only 1 handicapped spot needed, can rework the parking and add landscaping.
